Chief Executive Officer

The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the operations, day-to-day management, executive decision-making and execution of the agreed business plan within Bluestep Bank.

The Board of Directors has adopted an instruction for the Chief Executive Officer’s work and duties. The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Bluestep Bank’s activities in accordance with the policies and instructions established by the Board. The Chief Executive Officer reports to the Board on a monthly basis.

The management team of Bluestep supports the Chief Executive Officer in the day-to-day management of Bluestep Bank.
